Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) has endeavored to enhance teacher professional development and facilitate comprehensive school improvement through professional support since 1998. Building on the critical mass of School Improvement Specialists established by QSIP, professional support rendered by the team covers a wide range of foci, including support in different subjects, inter-disciplinary learning, student support, development for middle managers, and school management and planning.
Current Openings
- School Development Officer(s) I/II
We invite committed practitioners with strong expertise and leadership in either of the following areas to join us as School Development Officers:
(1) Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE) / Language Education
With experience in developing students’ humanistic and cultural understanding, and facilitating cross-curricular learning.
(2) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) / Science Education
With experience in applying technology and AI to enhance learning and teaching effectiveness.
Practitioners with experience in secondary education and relevant professional leadership backgrounds are welcome to join the QSIP team on a full-time, fractional-time, or part-time basis, contributing their expertise to teacher professional development and sustainable school improvement.
