The “System Innovation and Talent Education Project” (SITEP) was a joint venture between QSIP and the National Academy for Educational Research in Taiwan. This initiative focused on the theme of “School Curriculum Practice and Teacher Professional Development” to support the professional development of school leaders and teachers in primary, junior high, and senior high schools in Taiwan. QSIP organised separate multi-day training programmes specifically tailored for practitioners from each sector and arranged mutual visits between teachers from Hong Kong and Taiwan to promote professional exchange.
