Since 2020, our collaboration with QSIP on assessment literacy in the English subject has significantly enriched our educational practices. This partnership has not only increased our awareness of the importance of alignment between learning, teaching, and assessment but has also enabled us to develop a vertically and horizontally aligned curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.

One of the key achievements of the project is our ability to design assessment questions of varying difficulty, enabling us to better distinguish students’ abilities. Moreover, by effectively analyzing and utilizing assessment data, we have made informed decisions to improve both learning experiences and teaching strategies.

We are deeply grateful to the School Development Officer for her professional support tailored to meet our school’s unique needs. Her expertise has greatly strengthened the capacity of our teachers, empowering them to adopt innovative practices. This collaboration has also encouraged our students to actively engage in self-assessment, fostering greater ownership of their learning journey.
